The name of Üzümlü that comes from the world's only patented black grapes has 11.603 populations, adjacent to the Erzincan and Erzurum.

The scope of Üzümlü urban design project, the county's natural, cultural and historic features; promising the local economy, the sustainability of the natural resources preserved.

The district development model is based on high scale, a clear improvement in terms of social and commercial layers urban design has been created for the city center.

In this context, municipality building, cultural center, library, public house where located on urban square works with commercial usage and Üzümlü Park relations have been established. The park is envisaged revitalization of the urban social life functioned with the existing watercourse. New uses have been proposed for the old market area.
