Sedef Apartment block is located on Cemil Topuzlu Street in the Anatolian side of Istanbul. It contains 4-storey commercial and residential usage and redesigned within the framework of Istanbul Urban Renewal Projects, consists of a total 26 apartments 13-story building. Ground floor is devoted to for commercial use, while the other floors residential use.

The material that is selected for the facade change the color during the day and with the different windows and balconies provide to gain movement to the facade. For the entire facade design has been taken to ensure compliance with the context.

Due to the higher floors have sea views, facade that has a overlooking to the sea was considered solid-void relations to communicate with users of the sea are provided the maximum level.

The apartments have been created spacious and useful places. The green elements are used in both in facade and the roof so as to soften mass density of structure.
