The area has been designed as picnic and recreational area where located in green network of Sivas and has high density in terms of usage.

The land has a physically demanding nature because, stands in the foothills of the mountains, and has rocky areas, steep slopes, along the creek bed located in a small pond   and rocks.

Therefore, the proposed design has been predicted to be compatible with the characteristics of the land structure.

According to project program, 550 people in picnic areas, children's playgrounds, parking lots, water show areas, terraces, a playground has been designed.
