The main theme of the project is based on simplicity and comfort.

Morphological structure of the land, determine the starting point of the project, along with the functions provided separately to work. Detection of differences in elevation, while providing in-depth perspective of land area, allows users to feel in almost designed to provide a green oasis.

Straight and modern lines that used in architecture, maintained in outdoor, architectural and landscape design in the monotony away from the integrity of a language, has allowed the emergence of equilibrium with a pleasant living space.

Simplicity of architectural design provided also in landscape design. Planting design, varies according to places like vertical gardens, aromatic gardens, rock gardens organic vegetables and fruit gardens that enriches garden in general...

Provided graded at different locations of the selected plants, color, smell and sound effects vary spatially, showing significant transitions, has helped to make the diverse and rich.

It is targeted to use garden is multifaceted; the axis which is provided by the architecture continues in gardens and pool also ensured continuity and depth.
