The project area is located on Istanbul’s one of the developing districts that is Bahçesehir. It has so remarkable location in terms of proximity to the 3rd bridge and 3rd airport.

The land consists of two-curved region and a natural creek bed between the two regions. That’s why; residential land was created according to protection of the visual point of view and streambeds.

The project area has been prepared taking into consideration for the people who want to get away from the city chaos, work around Bahçesehir and B+ class users.

Houses are designed and enriched with a variety of different scales and users, also with private villa gardens, roof gardens, public squares and green areas.

In this project, there are 4 types of housing like; lake house, river house, yard house and town house. In order to revive neighborhood life, some design decisions were given. So as to reaching comfortable and safe living spaces driveway has been created in the underground. Therefore, public spaces have been protected from cars.
