There are almost two ends of the city, 'City Park' and 'Sazova Park' and the project area is located on the center of the two main parks. In the dense urban fabric, creating an urban space where a variety of events, in other words, a large proportion of the idea of space left in the city parks were the basis of the design approach in this project.

When it looks closely at shaping of the history in the region, although this part of the stadium structure, educational structures and that although the building mass in a military nature, Air Hospital of the heterogeneous structure of the urban fabric, the differentiation of ground buildings, open spaces in dense tissue can allegedly become urban artifacts.

Thus the history of the city and this land may be considered to create space scalar configuration with differences of artifacts that feature turned into an urban space more completely aimed to emphasizing and strengthening of decomposition in dense tissue.

Current usages of registered buildings have been revised and designed a city park that has social and cultural activities. Traces of the stadium have been protected. Therefore, memory of the place preserved in this area.
