Assos is a small historically rich town and ancient city in the Çanakkale.

The project includes 10 private villas with pool and their gardens, also one social club and pier serves as the meeting point for all users.

The starting points of the project are privacy, purity and to be alone with nature.

All villas designed as not to obstruct views of each other and also all living spaces overlooking the sea.

The stairs which directly descending to the social club, pier and sea, at the same time work as a bridge to socialize people who live there. With the Assos stone which is used in the facade and ‘taslık’ which is located on entrances of each houses are referred to the context, also modern and traditional elements are blended together.
